Clarity Coaching To Help Men

It is well known that, when it comes to the communication of emotions, most men tend to struggle. There can a fear of being judged by those around them, perhaps feelings of failure where there should be success, or even a challenge on their masculinity.

  • Increased anger
  • Lack of motivation
  • Poor sleep patterns
  • Excessive alcohol
  • Gambling
  • Increased sweating
  • Pounding heart
  • Feelings of despair

These are all symptoms of anxiety in men, do any of them resonate with you?

There could be any number of reasons why you find yourself in this current space, but by working together, we can pinpoint and highlight the area(s) of discontent and put new processes in place to pave the way towards a more content life.

"We have this kind of male pride thing. We say ‘I can look after myself. I do no need to talk to anyone,’ and it’s a complete fallacy. Not communicating helps to kill us."
- Mike Jenn

The Area Of Pain Is Rarely The Source Of The Problem

Something I learnt through my 15 year experience as a Sports Therapist is that the area of pain is rarely the source of the problem. When a muscle becomes injured there is a knock on effect throughout the body. Mobility is affected and referred pain presents.

Only when the area of trauma is identified can we begin the repair process by breaking down knots, realigning muscles and restoring mobility. Whilst emotional pain may present in a slightly different guise, a similar process can be used to attain the right results.

With a multitude of men in my life; husband, son, stepsons and brothers, there have been many a moment of discontent over the past decade. I have also overcome my own health and professional battles to bring me to my current status and feel that these can only add value to what I have to offer as a Coach.

Working together I will guide you through a process that enables you to identify the area of pain, break through barriers, and create the forward momentum needed to get you back on the right track.
