Working With The Subconscious Mind

Clinical hypnotherapy involves working with the subconscious mind – the part of the mind responsible for our habits – be it making them or breaking them. As a hypnotherapist I am merely the facilitator.

Despite what is portrayed with stage hypnosis, once in a state of hypnosis you are remain in complete control and can quickly, easily and safely pull yourself out of trance should you need.

I deliver personalised hypnotherapy sessions on a one-to-one basis, and taking your personal needs into consideration, each session is tailor-made to suit you, the individual. I offer appointments both face-to-face in my clinic, and online, with aim to bring you personalised and targeted solutions.

No matter if you are struggling with anxiety, sleep issues, fears or phobias, or if you are looking to create a healthier lifestyle by quitting smoking or changing your eating habits, if you are ready to make the commitment to yourself hypnotherapy can be a powerful and effective therapy.

Delivering 1-2-1 sessions, group talks and workplace workshops.
