Clinical hypnotherapy involves working with the subconscious mind – the part of the mind responsible for our habits – be it making them or breaking them. As a hypnotherapist I am merely the facilitator.
Despite what is portrayed with stage hypnosis, once in a state of hypnosis you are remain in complete control and can quickly, easily and safely pull yourself out of trance should you need.
I deliver personalised hypnotherapy sessions on a one-to-one basis, and taking your personal needs into consideration, each session is tailor-made to suit you, the individual. I offer appointments both face-to-face in my clinic, and online, with aim to bring you personalised and targeted solutions.

In addition to 1-2-1 sessions I also deliver group talks and workplace workshops. With the current Government guidelines in place I am aware that the delivery of these aren’t currently possible, however, life won’t always be like this and I look forward to being able to deliver them again in the not too distant future.
